3D视觉解决方案包括三部分:

Mech-Eye智能相机

Azure计算机影像(API)功能提取图像的相关信息,例如:文字、配色、或复杂的图案,对图像做出精准分析,同时可输出高质量的图像信息。

Mech-Eye Deep系列适用于大范围拆垛等场景;

Mech-Eye Pro S, M, L系列适用于金属件上料等对精度要求高的工业场景;

Mech-Eye Pro XL系列适用于大范围涂胶等作业范围大,同时有高精度作业要求的场景;

Mech-Vision视觉软件

(1)Mech-Vision视觉软件对机器人进行模拟训练,采用深度学习等先进的算法技术,机器人可快速识别、精准定位以下物体:

B. 形状不规则且容易变形的物流软包、麻袋;

C. 紧密堆叠或随意摆放的物体;

D. 表面反光或色暗且形状不规则的金属件;

Mech-Viz 智能编程软件

1)可视化、无代码的编程界面,一键仿真,用户无需编写任何代码,即可学会操作机器人;

2)内置路径规划、碰撞检测、抓取规划等深度学习算法,在云端对机器人进行模拟训练,运用大数据分析帮助机器人选择最优路线完成抓取,可避免自碰撞或环境碰撞等问题,还可对训练结果实时共享

4)可适配多种主流品牌机器人。
